Derby Town Tuning is a boutique calibration and performance engineering shop specializing in modern, torque-based vehicles where precision, reliability, and system level correctness matter.
Founded in 2015, DTT was built on a simple principle: real performance is engineered, not improvised. In an era where software governs airflow, torque delivery, and drivability, our work focuses on calibration as the foundation of every successful build, not an afterthought.
We do not operate as a general automotive service provider. We take on a limited number of projects and work exclusively with platforms and owners aligned with our standards. Every vehicle we accept is approached as a complete system, with decisions guided by data, long term reliability, and real world behavior, not peak numbers or trends.
Our focus includes advanced engine and transmission calibration, torque and airflow model development, and fully engineered performance systems where supporting components, control strategy, and use case are considered together.
This approach means we regularly turn away work that does not meet our criteria. That selectivity is intentional. It allows us to deliver consistent, refined results for owners who value correctness over convenience and drivability over hype.
